There's a lot of noise around AI right now. We cut through it by focusing on a simple question: does this make the business measurably better? If the answer isn't yes, we don't build it.
Nusqlab started with a frustration: businesses were being sold AI as a buzzword, not a tool. So we built an agency around the opposite idea — pick real, expensive problems and solve them with AI that quietly does the work.
Today that means three things we do exceptionally well: recovering card payments for stores that lost their processor, building chatbots that actually help customers, and deploying voice agents that handle the calls a growing business can't keep up with.
We're founder-led and deliberately small. When you work with us, you work with the people who build, ship and support your solution — start to finish.
